Founded Factiv because the agentic shift demanded a place to build the systems he couldn't ship inside a single product company. Owns architecture, code, and operations.
Bernard Peranic spent 25 years in DACH commercial work, deep in healthcare and adjacent verticals. He owns the customer side at Factiv — discovery, scoping, onboarding, and the human conversation that has to happen before any code is written.
