This website is hosted via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P Kelly Jr St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access individual pages, technically necessary data is processed by the hosting provider in server log files:

- Name and URL of the requested file
- Volume of data transferred

Purpose: provision and technical stability of the
website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in
a technically functional and secure website).
Retention period: the log files are processed by GitHub
in accordance with their retention policy (see
GitHub Privacy Statement).
We ourselves have no access to this raw data.
Note on transfers to third countries: using GitHub Pages involves transfers of data to the United States. GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; an EU Commission adequacy decision applies (Art. 45 GDPR).
4. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, analytics, or marketing tools. We do not build profiles of your usage behaviour.
5. Web fonts
All fonts (Bebas Neue, Open Sans) are served directly from
factiv.eu. No font files are loaded from third-party CDNs,
and no data — including your IP address — is transmitted to
Google or any other external font provider.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (email address, name, message body, and any further information you choose to send) is stored solely for the purpose of answering your enquiry and for any follow-up correspondence.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related
enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in
effective communication with prospects and business partners).
Retention period: we delete the data once it is no
longer required for the original purpose. For contract-related
correspondence, statutory retention periods apply (typically up to ten
years under German commercial and tax law).
